HETF is a mobile app for wildfire Heavy Equipment Task Force contractors. It replaces the paper a crew fills out at the end of every shift — the Daily Shift Invoice and the After Dispatch Roster — and produces the signed PDF a Forest Service Finance section needs in order to pay the contractor.
A company profile fills both forms in automatically, receipts for reimbursable expenses are photographed on the spot, and a form signed at a fire camp with no signal is held safely on the device until there is signal to send it.
